Our content
Every briefing, case, and drill on this site is an original work written for Hacking Strategy & Finance. Published guidance from firms and other sources is paraphrased briefly and attributed, never reproduced at length. If you believe material here infringes your copyright, write to the address below and it will be reviewed and, where the claim holds, removed.
Sending a notice
A notice should identify the work claimed to be infringed, identify the material on this site and where it appears, include your contact information, and include a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized. Send notices to legal@hackingstrategyfinance.com. This address serves as the copyright contact until the designated agent registration with the US Copyright Office is completed.
Member posted content
Members post content in the community section: profiles, comments, discussion topics, group pages, and contributed cases. The same notice process applies to anything a member posts. A valid notice about member content leads to the content being removed or access to it disabled, the posting member is told where we can reach them, and the counter notice process below is open to them on the same terms. Contributed cases pass a rights screen before they are published, and a case that draws a valid notice is pulled from the product while the notice is resolved.
Counter notices
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, write to the same address with your contact information, the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.
